The M16/AR-15 M4 assault rifle platform is one of the most battle tested and proven weapons systems in the world. GRID AR15 upper and lower receivers are machined from solid billet 7075-T6 aluminum using state of the art 3—5 axis CNC machines. Our Bolt Carrier Groups are CNC machined and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI) to exceed highest quality and reliability standards.

Any inconsistent external pressure on the barrel of a rifle will affect accuracy. This is why all our rifles are built with free floating barrels to enhance accuracy. Our rifles are well capable of shooting under 1 MOA with proper ammunition. To keep any external pressure off the barrel we use light weight exclusively designed one piece aluminum quad rail. The quad rail and flat top are featured with Mil-Spec 1913 pica-tinny rail for accessory attachment.
